Privacy Policy
Last updated April 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Omni ("Omni", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Omni website, applications, agents, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you create an account, we collect identifiers such as your name, email address, and password. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor collects your billing information on our behalf; we receive only limited details (for example, the last four digits of your card and transaction metadata).
Inputs and Outputs. When you use the Services, we collect the prompts, files, URLs, and other content you submit ("Inputs") and the responses, artifacts, and actions generated by the agent ("Outputs"), including the intermediate steps the agent takes to complete a task.
Connected accounts. If you connect a third-party account (for example, Gmail, Notion, Slack, or a browser session), we receive the credentials or tokens necessary to act on your behalf, along with the data we need to read or write as directed by you.
Usage and device data. We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Services, such as pages viewed, features used, tasks run, credits consumed, IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and timestamps. We use cookies and similar technologies to collect this information; see the Cookies section below.
Communications. If you contact us, we collect the content of your messages and any information you choose to provide, such as your name and email address.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including running agents on your behalf.
- Process payments, manage subscriptions, and track credit usage.
- Authenticate users, prevent fraud, and secure the Services.
- Debug, monitor, and improve the reliability and performance of the Services.
- Improve our models and features in aggregated or de-identified form.
- Communicate with you about your account, service changes, and optional product updates.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train our foundation models for other customers unless you have explicitly opted in.
3. How We Share Information
We share information only as described below:
Service providers. We use vendors to host infrastructure, process payments, send email, analyze usage, and provide customer support. These providers access information only to perform services for us and are contractually required to protect it.
Model and infrastructure providers. To generate Outputs, the Services may transmit Inputs (and relevant context) to third-party AI model providers and cloud infrastructure providers. These providers process the data under agreements that restrict their use to providing the services we request.
Third-party apps you connect. When you instruct the agent to interact with a third-party service, we share the data necessary to complete that action with the provider of that service.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Omni, our users, or the public.
Business transfers. If Omni is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the protections of this Privacy Policy.
With your consent. We may share information for other purposes with your consent.
We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, measure usage, and improve the Services. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit functionality.
5. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. We may retain certain information after deletion to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention. When retention is no longer necessary, we delete or de-identify the information.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and routine security reviews. No system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
- Export your personal information in a portable format.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
You can exercise many of these rights from your account settings. To make a request we cannot fulfill in-product, email privacy@useomni.ai. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
8. International Transfers
Omni is headquartered in the United States, and we may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for transfers of personal information from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland.
9. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
10. Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites that are not operated by Omni. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy practices.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you, for example by email or a notice in the Services, and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
12. Contact
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, please contact us at privacy@useomni.ai.
